Kinesiology, Reiki Master, Meditation, Holistic Counselling & Life Coaching
 

Throughout most of my life growing up I thought that being stressed and anxious was normal and I just had to keep pushing through! Then, after having my own children, I knew I needed to make a change and break that patterning. I have always been very interested in holistic health and over the years I have leant towards natural healing and energy healing methods,  I have tried many different therapies and have had some wonderful results. I am excited to be part of the holistic health and well-being community.

I started by becoming a Reiki Practitioner which was a lovely beginning to energy healing, I  then obtained my Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology at O'Neill Kinesiology College here in Perth. Since then I have continued my studies by becoming a Reiki Master and completing a Holistic Counselling Certificate, multiple workshops including further studies in Energy Healing, Sound Healing and working with Essential Oils as well as ongoing inner healing and personal growth. I am currently working towards my Diploma of Counselling.

 

I believe this field can have amazing benefits to everyone, as it helps each person holistically and individually, not just working on a presenting symptom or issue, instead working on the body, mind and soul as a whole.

I have always been drawn to helping others and throughout all stages of my life I have been known to play the role of a mother figure. I now know that my purpose is to help support and gently guide others in achieving their wellbeing, happiness and personal growth goals whilst connecting to more love, light and ease in life.
